About MyPIPApp
We help UK disability claimants write and organise Personal Independence Payment applications, Mandatory Reconsiderations, and tribunal appeals.

Our Purpose
Navigating the UK Personal Independence Payment system can be exhausting, complex, and stressful, especially when you are coping with illness, pain, neurodiversity, or mental health challenges.
MyPIPApp was created as an independent, paid self-help platform to give claimants structured guidance. We help you translate your day-to-day challenges into clear statements that reflect how your condition truly affects you, grounded in the statutory regulations assessors use.
What We Do
- Regulation 4(2A) Guidance: We structure your statements around the statutory criteria: whether you can do an activity safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly, and within a reasonable time.
- Fluctuation Tracking: Under Regulation 7, we help you record how symptoms vary across days, ensuring assessors see your whole reality rather than just a rare good day.
- Evidence Organisation: Securely organise medical notes, prescription records, and letters into clear bundles you can submit with your paperwork.
- Appeal Preparation: Step-by-step scaffolding for Mandatory Reconsideration and First-tier Tribunal submissions.
What We Are Not
To avoid any misunderstanding, we want to be completely clear about our role:
- We are not part of, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), HMCTS, or the NHS.
- We are not a law firm, solicitor, or regulated claims handler. We do not provide regulated legal or medical advice.
- We do not submit forms on your behalf. You remain in complete control of your claim and submit your own paperwork.
MyPIPApp is an independent service. We are not part of, or endorsed by, the DWP, HMCTS, or the NHS. You can claim PIP and appeal for free, and free help is available from Citizens Advice and local welfare rights services.
For official DWP enquiries, contact the DWP PIP Helpline on 0800 121 4433 (Textphone: 0800 121 4493).
Data Privacy & Regional Security
Health and disability details are sensitive. All claimant information is stored exclusively in UK/EU data centres, encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never sell, monetise, or share your data with advertisers or government agencies.
