By using MyPIPApp (mypipapp.co.uk), you agree to these legal rules and confirm you are using our independent tools for your personal PIP claim preparation.

By accessing the website at MyPIPApp (mypipapp.co.uk), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  • Agreement to Terms: Accessing MyPIPApp constitutes binding acceptance of this agreement.
  • Independent Guidance: MyPIPApp is an independent guidance platform and is not a government agency.
  • Intellectual Property: All software, guides, and templates are protected under UK copyright and trademark law.

2. Use Licence

In Plain English:

You may use our platform and download your personal claim drafts for your own PIP application. You cannot resell, copy, or reverse-engineer our software.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MyPIPApp's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

  • Modify or Copy: Modify, duplicate, or extract the underlying software materials;
  • Commercial Use: Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on MyPIPApp's platform;
  • Notations: Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Mirroring: Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MyPIPApp at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

In no event shall MyPIPApp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MyPIPApp's website, even if MyPIPApp or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

In Plain English:
